               *DISTANCE YOUR FAILURE FROM ONA-ARA LEADERS , FIBSU PARLIAMENT INFORM OGBENI TIMFAK*

To be fore warned is to be fore harmed:

It got to the notice of the Parliamentary Sitting of this great association that some vested persons led by Fakolade Aanuoluwapo (P.K.A TIMFAK)  and others kept parading themselves illegally after being discharged of those roles by the Parliament. 

The House, at her last sitting, report made it known to congressmen, the entire FIBSUITES that the mandate of Fakolade Aanuoluwapo (TIMFAK) as the National President of the Union has be relieved of him after been found guilty of the charges and allegations levied against him.

It is indeed disturbing that a former President of this great association can stoop so low and petty by stating in his journey of self consolation by his broadcast that the Right Honourable Speaker was given the post "out of pity". Anyways, it is quite strange to have an individual to make (reckless) statement, beyond his mental strength. We do not expect less. But an attempt to rubbish the power of the parliament and its democratic authorities will be met with stiff resistance. We ought to follow the words of Bible (Proverb 26:4 ) that states, "we should not answer a fool according to his folly,... but reading further (verse 5 ) asked us to "answer a fool so that he won't think that he is wise". The Speaker contested and won the in-house election. 

Ogbeni Timfak should distance himself and his accompanying failures from ONAARA leaders and handover the Union properties with him as earlier instructed. 

It is necessary to bring to the notice of the public that the house was not dissolved contrary to various claims flying around as the issue was never finalised in the last  Congress. TIMFAK also went further in his face saving press release that lack logical binding by accusing the parliament of holding sitting at secondary school. We do not really want to hold him by this high level of ignorance manifesting itself because he have no knowledge of the historical background of FIBSU, and naivety to the custom of the association is quite worrying. Had it been that he seek historical knowledge, he would have known that FIBSU NATIONAL has held congresses at public secondary schools before, and the association represents Ibadan students of all categories of learning. 

Out of desperation to personalise FIBSU and turn it to a mere tool of control, himself and his leaders went ahead to exhibit their foolery, self-appointing an acting Speaker. Only fools would believe such level of recklessness and affront to the association law would stand. As if that is not enough, this group of dreamers still went further to shamefully scheme with some FIBSU FORMER CHAPTER PRESIDENTS and conduct his "TIMFAK/Poly Ibadan Parliament Election". 

One wonders how individuals that have graduated from institutions and even handed over will grandstand as association representatives in a parliamentary sitting (illegally convened) and even contest in the name of that school? 

The Congress of FIBSU that ought to be a place to make intellectual and progressive arguments has turn to an assembly where thugs makes shamful and embarrassing exhibitions at the directive of TIMFAK, this, just to intimidate legitimate members of the association and to fulfil his personal and devilish plans. 

The imposter who derive joy and comforts in calling himself what he is not manipulated the electoral committee set up by the last administration and claimed to be an HND1 student, whereas, he was just a fresh graduate of ND with no admission to advance studies. This claim was not known to the entire FIBSUITES because the then Electoral Chairman Comrade Jamiu and the so called CABALS of the association took charge and threw FIBSUITES into an undeserving darkness. If the culprit, Fakolade Aanuoluwapo has credentials and paper work to back him up, he should be a graduate by now and should show it to entire FIBSUites without delay. Privileged information had it that at the moment, he has still not enrolled for HND yet. So, a non student is claiming to be President of this great association. 

This "treason" committed by Fakolade Aanuoluwapo will be severely punished and not overlooked. According to the outdated National Constitution that is being used in this current administration shows clearly that TIMFAK has no constitutional right to contest as president in the first place because he wasn’t a penultimate student. Many atrocities were committed by TIMFAK. This, the parliament will never overlook. 

In lieu to the aforementioned verifiable facts, the National Parliament led by Rt. Honorable Sowande is putting Fakolade Aanuoluwapo on serious warning to stop parading himself as the National President of the association or be faced with huge consequences.
